Day 14 – Afternoon

OK….I had 2 pieces of porkchop left over that I needed to cook.  So, I oven fried them both.  I’ve decided that after I get rid of my last can of Pam – I am not using it anymore for a while.  I think I’m overdoing it….

I ate my 1st meal so late in the day that I binged (see my Food Diary) – I am already up to 22 points.  I have to commit to not overdoing it – if I eat again today, I have to eat something VERY light.  Maybe I’ll have a 5 point Weight Watchers meal which will bring me to 27 points for today.

Also, I feel really bloated again today.  I’m not sure what’s going on – I had a plum while I waited for my chops to cook.  I had water before that – maybe that’s what did it. Gotta look at my calendar to see if my period is about to start – I have been craving chocolate, creamy sweets…..not good!

Day 13 – Before Bed

Uuuuggghh! Yell…..Why do I feel like such a PIG????? I only had 25 points today but I feel so bloated.  This morning instead of taking my fiber as usual, I decided to do a sea salt water cleanse which allowed me to empty quite nicely. I think I feel so bloated because of the ice cream cone I had earlier today. 

I also think I need to lay off the Butter Flavored Pam and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray.  They both say 0 calories and 0 fat, but there has to be a limit on it.  I’m sure overdoing it adds up. Some days I feel thinner and other days I feel like a PIG – today is one of those days.

I am about to do my Ab Lounge.  I didn’t rebound today either.

13 May

Days 11 & 12 – Overview

I missed writing yesterday.  Awful day anyway….I would have done ok had I not fallen off the bandwagon and had 3 porkchops for dinner.  I waited so long, I felt I was starving by the time I ate.  They were the thin cut ones, but I counted them for 5 points each. :(   Even worse – I did no excercise  – not even my Ab Lounge.

Today (Day 12) was better – I did 23 total points.  I have been CRAVING eggplant.  Did some research and found that an entire eggplant has only 110 calories and 14 grams fiber! Maybe that’s why I feel so full.  I counted my eggplant slices for 6 points though because I lightly dusted them in flour.  I don’t think that would be 6 points but I always like to count more than less. 

I guess I will get up and do my reps on the Ab Lounge.  No rebounder today…..what is my problem???

Day 10 – Before Bed

Hello…..I started my day off okay – I had a 2 point EggBeaters omlette with fresh mushrooms & cheese – only 2 points ….yummmm!!

I slipped when I had the cereal and then the chicken and Cheese Nips later tonight.  I don’t know why I ate the chicken – it wasn’t even good…..I learned that I eat when I’m bored. 

Overall 28 points.  Good night.

UPDATE:  I did 120 reps on my Ab Lounge….I felt guilty! :)


12 May

Day 9 – Mother’s Day

Hello….I had 24 points today.  I did 130 reps on my Ab Lounge.  I didn’t do my rebounder today though.  I look at it everyday…I HAVE to do better with that.  It’s too easy not to.

I had an entire eggplant today – OMG – I LOVE eggplant.  The Weight Watchers book says it’s only 1 point, but I count it for 6 because I coated them with flour.  I also sprayed them with butter flavored Pam – I wonder if that should be counted for any points???? I feel like it should be.  I would rather count for more points than too few.

Overall not a bad day. Good night! :)

Day 8 – Overview

Well….It’s actually the next day….Long story short – I WENT HOME TO VISIT PARENTS!

Ok….I started out well.  I ate 1/2 Turkey sandwich from Quiznos before leaving Atlanta.  But…when we got to my parents’ house, it was all over.  I will say that I did not do a bad as I would have – the awareness I have of what I put in my mouth is apparent – that helps even when I fall off of the diet wagon. I got home late and did 130 reps on my Ab Lounge.

Oh well….Today (day 9) is a new day  – ONWARD AND UPWARD!!! :)


09 May

Day 7 – Before Bed

Hello…..I was busy all day today – left the house after getting a turkey sandwich in and was gone all day.  Came back for a few minutes at which time I had a WONDERFUL chocolate / peanut butter smoothie and then left again.  I was gone up until after 11:00pm.  I made a BIG MISTAKE – I went by PF Changs and picked up shrimp fried rice to go.  I had a little more than 2 servings .  I looked up the nutritional information AFTER I ate it and found out it included 4 servings – uuuugggggghh! – I’m disgusted!!!

I didn’t get in any exercise either.  I consumed approximately 27 points. Wouldn’t be so bad if the majority had not been in one sitting and so late.

Oh well – tomorrow is a new day! Good night.

UPDATE:  I felf terrible going to bed without getting any excercise – so I hopped on my Ab Lounge and got in 120 reps – GO ME!!! Cool

Day 6 – Before Bed

I had a great day today!  I did about 130 repititions on my Ab Lounge and I did about 10 mins on the rebounder.  I posted some information on the benefits of rebounding to the right under the blogroll section. Check it out – amazing benefits!

I had 23 points today – great job me!! :)

Day 5 – Before Bed

Good Evening!  I started my day by doing 100 repetitions on my Ab Lounge.  I can really feel my abs tightening.  I ate for the first time at about 12:30 – I probably should eat earlier, but I’m busy doing other things and quite frankly not really hungry. 

I went over my points today by about 4 – but I’m not going to sweat it – I always count more points than I probably should. For some reason I was craving chocolate milk so I drank 2 glasses with sugar free chocolate syrup - it was good but gave me gas and I regretted it soon after because that’s what put me over my points. Plus the eggplant has lots of fiber so I know I’m going to be in for some trips to the restroom. Embarassed 

I did my rebounding today too.  I like doing it, but my stamina isn’t where it should be so I give out before 15 mins.

Day 4 – Afternoon

Good Afternoon!  I started my day with 100 reps on my Ab Lounge….I’m starting to love it.  It’s easy and I really feel my abs stretching and getting tighter already. Cool

I didn’t really eat early – my first meal was at about 12:30pm (see my Food Diary) – 8 points.  I am full and satisfied.

Tonight I am making turkey Italian sausage and sweet potato fries….yummmm - I got the idea off “Cook Yourself Thin” – can’t wait.  To hold me over until dinner – I will have a smoothie.  Should be a great day!  I will do my rebounding later.
