Good morning.  I ate a Chicken and Broccoli Lean Pocket for breakfast. I didn’t feel like oatmeal.  For lunch, I had a South Beach Diet Meal….it was 5 points just like most of the WW meals, only it had more protein.  My co-worker told me that he eats them when he is dieting.  This is a way that I can get more veggies since with South Beach, they include a lot of green veggies with their meals.  It was pretty good too.

Still at work…I have had 11 points so far…Have a good day.
